Between the various elements of the power hydraulics, offered by the HEWEA Cargo Ltd., you can also find the hydraulic cylinders PENTA. These are specialized devices of each hydraulic system working on the vehicles - tippers. Cylinders from our offer can be divided into two groups: under-body (light and heavy duty applications) and the front mount cylinders.
Under-body cylinders are of different versions of operating pressure (150-300 bar), 6-68 tons lifting capacity, the number of stages and strokes 2-10 800-4800mm. Our catalogue contains a few hundred cylinders of this type, which considerably distinguishes us from our competition.
 Front cylinders are divided into more subgroups. They are very much different because of the construction and use. In offer, you can find following types: HPF (the upper mounting pin, lower the side legs-no cover), HPFC (upper and lower mounting by-side with the brackets cover), HPFB (upper and lower mounting bolts, no cover) , HPFR (upper mount on the side legs, round-bottom without lid). These cylinders can be used both for the tippers and tipping semitrailers. You can use them with different mounted designs (front wall straight / inclined standardbor pipe type cylinders). Like under-body cyinders, also front cylinders of the stages are avalible in various configurations. Its working pressure is 200bar, but with 116-196mm diameter of the stages gives the maximum capacity of 30-74,4 tons! Front cylinders may courist of 3-6 stages and have a stroke up to 9 meters PENTA cylinders are very unique product because of its durability.
